Blah, Blah, Blah

Have you ever woke up to just know that your TOM has started?  It’s exactly how I felt this morning.  This was after a sleepless night.  I know I had to be up to study with my friend for our test tomorrow.  I also had cramps.  It’s cold and snowy outside. I have to work.  Blah day for sure. 

I stayed within points yesterday and did a little exercise.  Today I plan on staying within points but not sure on the exercise front.  I’m not wanting to leave my chair.  I hate these days.  I have to work as well.  It sucks.  I just want to hibernate.  The only good thing is that it is payday. Yippee!!!!  

I hope your day is going better.  Nothing real bad here just Blah!

    You are doing great! Keep up the good work with the points. Take a couple Midol and hot cup of coffee with vanilla and you should feel better later.

    Gosh I hate those Blah days! I havent had to deal with TOM yet but it is coming any time now and I’m not looking forward to it. Just hang in there…..hopefully the visit is short lived :o)

    Haha somehow I always know exactly when my TOM is coming. It’s usually the day after I skulk around miserably, snapping at everyone and stuffing my face with dark chocolate. Sorry you’re having a sucky day :-( but good for you for keeping up with the exercise and staying within your points! About exercising today, if you’re like me than it might be better that you do. For me it’s a good way to focus and vent my anger/irritability as well as get rid of cramps
