Empowering myself!

Okay, the last time I blogged.  I had gained 6 pounds. I know! Ouch!  Last week I lost 2.8 pounds of the 6 and I lost 1 more pound this week.  At least, I’m going in the right direction.  I’m feeling more human now and dealing better with the stress.  I still have some work to do on my care plan.  I’ve learned though that if I’m not in the mood to study at one particular moment to do something else.  It helps me save from beng overwhelmed and I’m getting things done.  I’ve not ever turned in an assignment late so I’m not going to worry.  I’m doing really good at taking food to work for supper.  It really helps with control.  This week I’m going to work on making better choices when I eat out.  I’m also going to work on getting water in.  Next week I’ll work on my health guidelines.  I’m taking it a small step at a time.  I am trying to not burn out and get overwhelmed.  I’m bound and determined to accomplish all of my goals.  I want to look back on all of my hardwork and go “I DID IT”!  It will be so empowering.

    I looked at your pics and read your profile. You are a woman on a mission! You’ve done fantastic so far! It’s obvious that you want this very badly and you’ll stop at nothing to get the body you want and deserve. Big time kudos to you! You have a georgous son as well.     Shelley, I am glad to hear you are on the right path right now ! You sound like you know what you and you deserve every bit of it !     Shelley, glad to hear you’ve found your way back to a healthy path. You sure have a lot on your plate so I’m glad to see that you’re multi-tasking in a positive way. You seem to have a good plan. Hang in there. How’s your SIL doing? Steph is her name, right?

    Hi Ijust found my way back too, working on the water and improving my eating habits. Hopefuly next week is a good week for both of us (I also gained back 6 pounds but have yet to lose any of it yet)

    Hey… can only take one day at a time , and one step at a time… and before you know it, those days turn into months.. and those steps get you to where you want to be !!

    Ahhh yes. I felt like the world might cave in yesterday, but I took a break. Great ideas here and you will be empowered when you get there, but remember to see the greatness right at this very moment. You are doing fabulous Shelley. Keep it up! Great job taking suppers. Preparation can seem like a hassle but it is worth it! Cheers!
